Likewise, I agree that the aforementioned data may be processed, such as conservation, ordering, storage, dissociation or suppression, exclusively within the internal scope of the UAP and in relation to the purposes for which they are requested. Personal data
The owner of the data has access to such data free of charge at six-month intervals, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is evidenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, the controlling body of Law No. 25,326, is responsible for dealing with complaints and claims filed in relation to the non-compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data.
Important Considerations
The continuation of this operation does not imply the correct execution of a banking transaction. This situation will be expressly notified via the e-mail address stated above, once the internal processes of the transaction have been concluded.
Applicant's signature
The act of completing the requested data, placing his/her name in the "Applicant's Signature" field, and sending this form via web to the Finance Department by clicking on "Process Payment", implies the explicit manifestation of the applicant's will to initiate a banking operation related to UAP. This manifestation of will will be considered valid by UAP, and cannot be unknown by the sender at a later date.
